Mod Manor
Located in Martis Camp, Mod Manor was conceived as a calming retreat grounded in warm minimalism. The clients wanted a tonal, textural home that felt serene yet sophisticated, with a primary suite that offered true sanctuary. To avoid the interiors feeling flat, KTG layered refined contrasts—charcoal oak against creamy travertine, boucle with hand-loomed rugs, sculptural lighting with soft plaster. In the bath, book-matched stone adds quiet drama while maintaining tranquility. The result is a warm, modern refuge shaped by texture, subtlety, and elevated simplicity.
