Turnkey Homes, Made Personal.
At KTG Design, we begin by understanding the people who will live in the home — how they move through their day, what brings them comfort, and what makes a space feel like theirs. Before anything else, we listen. When we understand what matters most to you, we can create a home that supports your life rather than reshaping it. And because building or furnishing a home can be a lot to manage — especially for clients balancing demanding schedules, multiple residences, or projects from afar — we’re here to make the process feel clear and manageable.
A Trusted Partnership
We show up as a steady partner from start to finish — guiding decisions with clarity, keeping you informed without overwhelm, and protecting the vision you set from the very first conversation. The experience matters just as much as the result — feeling supported, understood, and cared for along the way.
Katie Geresy
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
-
Katie’s love for design began early, growing up around construction and discovering joy in shaping spaces long before it became her profession. Today, she brings that same curiosity and creative instinct to every project at KTG and is energized by collaboration with the team, architects, and builders. She loves watching conceptual ideas evolve into thoughtfully layered homes.
Her design eye blends the eclectic with the timeless, always looking for the unexpected angle or the detail that gives a space its own identity. Above all, Katie is drawn to projects that offer freedom and trust, allowing her to take risks, explore broadly, and create work that feels distinctive and deeply personal.

Her style is rooted in the Wabi Sabi philosophy, which celebrates natural materials, subtle imperfections, and the beauty of simplicity. Her aesthetic blends eclectic accents with sophisticated restraint, including plush fabrics, warm woods, and pieces that introduce a distinctive focal point within a calm, neutral palette.
