Kingscote Chateau
Kingscote Castle was designed as a timeless Martis Camp retreat that blends mountain modern architecture with grounded warmth. The clients wanted a home that could host large gatherings yet still feel intimate day to day, with texture and durability guiding every choice. KTG balanced the soaring structural trusses and expansive volume with layered materials—raw stone, wire-mesh cabinetry, grained woods, and sculptural lighting—to bring human scale and quiet richness to each room. Thoughtfully zoned spaces, including a custom bar framed between beams, create rhythm and flow. The result is a refined, textural retreat that feels both substantial and deeply inviting.
