Toll & Parlour

Set in Clear Creek Tahoe, Toll & Parlour brings intimacy to a home with dramatic volumes and expansive glazing. The clients wanted a warm, textural retreat that felt both sophisticated and highly livable. KTG introduced wood ceilings, expressive stone, moody cabinetry, and layered furnishings to soften scale and create cohesion. Each space features one defining architectural moment, giving the home rhythm without overwhelm. The result is a modern alpine retreat that feels grounded, inviting, and quietly elevated.
